Our preschool provides a safe environment with a dedicated and experienced team who are there to support the childrens development, ensuring an evolving curriculum to lay foundations for future learning. We accomplish this through play following individuals' interests, introducing new activities and by forming trusting relationships with every child.
We enjoy a free flow environment allowing the children to access quieter areas as well as the outside for the majority of the day. We pride ourselves on having a relaxed and welcoming environment with simulating equipment to develop imagination and play skills.

Services
Our team are dedicated to reaching Outstanding. We are currently working on previous targets set to move our setting forwards. The team members work on personal development by seeking out training they are interested in completing. We work with families through Tapestry and regular communication to ensure we give the best care possible.
We are very lucky to have a main room with a conservatory for free flow between the two. The outside area consists of an astroturf area with climbing equipment, a mud kitchen, digging area, sandpit and an area under a canopy for shelter. All areas are set up for the children to choose where they would like to play.
Everyone loves Music.it is a confidence builder, can get children moving, can help build language, helps with maths and literacy, links to technology and all cultures and is a great stimulus for creativity. Music is a big part of our day at Shipton Bellinger Preschool. We have baskets available with a variety of different musical instruments in different areas.
If the snow falls and leaves enough on the ground to be considered dangerous for our staff to travel we will need to close the preschool for the safety of everyone, majority of our staff need to drive to work. We will also work on the basis that if the school is closed then the preschool will be too.
