Absolutely terrible service! Had no confirmation about order for my sons birthday and when I go down to ask them where the bike is they say it's there but wont let me have it so I go get the right ID and they still wouldnt let me have it what a joke! Dont shop here there customer service is very poor and rude!

Absolutely disgusting service.
Dirt bike arrived in a damaged boxed causing damage to the bike itself. I emailed picture of evidence to be told they were going to make a courier claim and get back to me. 2 months passed and I’ve started emailing asking for an update with no reply?! £300 down the drain and my little boy without his main present. absolutely disgusting. I’m going to give them another month, if no reply after then I will be taking it further.

Don't buy from these people had an email to say we could go and collect my partner drove over 40 miles to collect to be told it wasn't even in the country yet so now don't have a present for his little boys birthday so very disappointed and after reading all the other bad reviews we are considering reporting to training standards .
