I took an old ring in that was my great grandmothers and had worn so thin on the band it had snapped. Beth was so lovely and really thorough when looking at my ring and what needed to be done with it. I was told that it would take around a month to complete (with Christmas in there too) and got a call just 4 days later to say it was ready! This meant that I had it for Christmas and when I picked it up it looked like a brand new ring - it's sturdy again and had been polished up and looks absolutely beautiful. After years of sitting in a box since it was passed down to me, I can now where it again

Beth designed the most special signet ring for me using my Mum's eternity ring and some pieces of my own old jewellry. The whole experience was so special and very emotional having lost my lovely Mum early this year. Covid meant we couldn't see her and she passed away just before the Care Home agreed we could meet.
The ring is so special and I sincerely thank the whole team at Petra for their kindness and understanding.

What a brilliant experience working with Beth was. She designed a beautiful ring for me, combining my mother’s diamond engagement ring with my own diamond ring. The result is a stunning 2 stone ring designed just for me.

I was very blessed to work with Beth in designing a few rings. I started with one ring in mind and ended up with a few more (including an eternity ring). Beth was amazing in understanding what I was wanting for each ring and designing a ring which was perfect for that use. The whole process from arranging an appointment to choosing the stone(s) and finally collecting the rings was easy and actually fun! I loved the whole process and would not go anywhere else for jewelry. All staff at Petra have the perfect mix of friendly but professional. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

After trying on many a wedding band to go with my engagement ring to no avail in the shops I booked an appointment at Petra. I had a wonderful appointment with Beth where I found the perfect wedding band to be made, that complimented my ring perfectly.
I then had the opportunity with the in house goldsmith to assist in the first stages of my ring being made. This was such a special and memorable experience.
I cannot recommend Petra enough- thank you. I will be back when it’s time for my eternity ring! :)

After a very, very bad experience at a recommended jewellers in Fleet, we were a little apprehensive about finding someone who could rebuild or redesign my wife’s 32 year old eternity ring.
However, I saw the excellent reviews about Petra’s and I booked an appointment for my wife with Rosie.
We explained the issues we had with the ring and Rosie detailed the options available to us. After seeing another ring that my wife liked the shape and look of, we decided on having my wife’s current ring dismantled and reuse the diamonds but into a new and different setting layout. My 37 years old engagement ring had quite worn claws and stems, called in at Petra via their appointment basis and saw Blake, who advised me of two or three different ways that this could be rectified/repaired/made like new.
Blake was brilliant, kept me fully informed throughout the whole procedure and options of repair. I received my ring back well within the time schedule that was advised to me.
