I have recently had a gold bracelet repaired by Sam at Taylor & Co and could not fault the service.
I was given a valuation of the bracelet and matching necklace, which was a pleasant surprise, and Sam then provided me with a quote for the repair within 24 hours...a task which other jewellers took over a week to do.
The part was then ordered and received the next day, at which point Sam carried out the repair immediately. Both my bracelet and necklace were given a complimentary clean and they now look as good as new.
I would highly recommend this company and not hesitate to use them again myself

Sandra sam and of course mike great service. Excellent advice from Sandra and input from all. I upcycled an old bracelet given to me by my mother in law and 2 rings Mike has made a fabulous bangle. Modern and unique and i feel i still have the gift from m-in-l. Thanks guys im busy planning my next upcycle project

I cannot recommend Taylor & Co highly enough. Mike has just made me the most beautiful ring for my Ruby wedding anniversary, but that aside I have used the jewellers for many years for something as simple as a watch battery to a nice gift for a friend and the staff have always been so helpful and friendly.

What can I say about this incredible establishment that would truly do it the justice it deserves? I won a competition to make a piece of jewellery with Mike Taylor, the master goldsmith and from beginning to end it was such a joy. Mike welcomed me into his vast workshop where there was a huge array of machines and equipment that were lost on me. He was so accommodating and explained everything we were doing as we went along. We made a ring for my partner and she was over the moon with it. I, for one, can't recommend him and his business enough and will certainly be looking at his website more

Absolutely outstanding local business whom I can't recommend enough. I've purchased off the shelf items from them previously (which have all been great) but recently they've done themselves proud through a bespoke item I asked to be made. Mike, the Goldsmith is truly talented at what he does. From initial discussions he advised me accordingly all the way to the finished product, I am impressed - and it takes a lot to impress me.
