At Portland Lighting we are happy to assist with your non standard lighting requirements. With 30 years experience in the design and method of manufacture great savings can be made. From initial concept drawings to completion utilizing aluminium casting and extrusions we can undertake client specific lighting schemes.
All of Portland Lighting's products are independently electrical safety tested and CE certified as required by law. Each light is individually tested for earth continuity, insulation resistance and function, then logged with its unique number prior to despatch for complete traceability. This log test result is recorded onto the delivery note so the client has a record.
Such waste will no longer simply be placed in landfill as targets have been set by the European Parliament for Member States to recover certain percentages of their waste via recycling facilities. The legislation is now passed in the UK and Statutory Instrument 3289 is published. The legislation is very different between B2C (Business to Consumer) and B2B (Business to Business) routes to market.
