Steve was very helpful and very reliable when it came to help me fix my problem regarding my light fixture. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the product that I was looking for he sorted me out with a spare are parts for the fixture which meant I could fix the picture correctly. Again I want to thank you very much for sorting me out the spare part, because of this I will be shopping at that store.

Stay away from this company! Very expensive prices for cheap china made designs. I bought a number of lights from them and received very bad quality products! When contacting them regarding the problem Stephanie was very hard to deal with. Accepted no responsibility although the products were faulty or even listened to me as a customer to provide me any refund or replacement. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR PRODUCT WORKS FIRST! Absolutely disgusted with the poor level of customer service. Daylight robbery.

Excellent customer service today from Stephanie. She spent time with us making recommendations… she really knows her products inside out. She let us borrow a light shade to see if it matched what we needed and encouraged us to take our time making a decision.
