Paid for next day delivery, recieved confirmation that items were dispatched same day. Next day nothing turned up, called them and they apologised for the fact that they actually hadn't sent it but had done the day after. Today it turned up (a day late) and the most expensive part (and only reason I placed the order with them as no one else had it in stock) wasnt packaged even though it was checked on the delivery note.
Seems this company are incompetent and should not be relied on if you want your stuff on time.

No order confirmation sent, No email to say items were not able to be sent, had to call and find out where the next day items were over a week later. Part of the order was delivered with the promise of the rest when in stock, another week passes,’I had to call again to find out they were in stock but hadn’t been sent, I needed to fit them the next day, they said they would send pre 12 for me.... next day I have a message from courier saying they would arrive between 1.30&2,30 That’s not pre 12. Absolute joke and no offer of compensation or discount for future.
