Services
The therapeutic relationship is confidential, non-judgemental, non-directive and is based on the understanding that we all have the ability to use our own resources to live as we want to and that, at times, we lose that connection within ourselves and it is at these times we need someone to understand our needs, our wants, our insecurities and our doubts.
Companies are increasingly being held responsible for the psychological well-being of their employees and to adhere to the guidelines within the Government health and safety recommendations. Work-related stress, depression and exhaustion all reduce employee productivity and job satisfaction and have high personal and business costs.
The first session, or assessment, is an opportunity for us to meet, to discuss your issues and agree the way we will work together. I also run group therapy sessions which offer the opportunity for an ongoing therapeutic experience in a beneficial, whilst challenging, supportive group environment. This also represents a low cost alternative to individual counselling.

Tracey of Here For U is a terrific counsellor. She enabled me to see through the issues that I had and helped me realise that I had rights and choices and showed me how to use both. She helped me come out of a place where I was extremely anxious and depressed to where I am now - I hardly ever feel those bad feelings but whenever I do I can use the techniques that Tracey taught me to calm things down.
