As a parent, you will want to make sure the choice you make is the right one for your child. We are registered with Ofsted Early Years and can take up to 24 children per session at Ryhall Childcare Centre and 21 children at Rainbow Childcare Centres. Mon - Fri 8 am to 4.30 pm located in the grounds of Ryhall CE Academy School, which overlooks the beautiful Ryhall playing fields.

Services
Ryhall Childcare Centre was established in 2007 and was joined by Rainbow Childcare Centre opening in 2010. Rainbow Childcare Centres Ltd, is the parent company for Ryhall Childcare Centre and Rainbow Childcare Centres. We operate in the school grounds of Ryhall C of E Academy Primary School and Exton & Greetham Primary School.
We work hard to make sure children are armed with the right skills for school. Each child is unique and we individually encourage everyone to make sure they are the best they can be. We created a safe nursery environment, and learning opportunities were always plentiful. Our staff are filled with passion, enthusiasm and a never-ending commitment to the children.
Children are allocated a Key Person after a few sessions, once we see which staff the child is bonding with. We value our partnership with parents & carers this is promoted by regular detailed exchanged both verbally, Facebook and our assessment tool called EYLOG.
At Rainbow we initiate a variety of pedagogical approaches in the teaching and learning methods we use with our children, these include ideas from Piaget, Steiner, Vygotsky as well as Reggio Emilia philosophies when exploring during our Forest school sessions.

At Rainbow Childcare Centre Limited, we cherish our partnership with parents. We welcome visits and information about the learning experiences their children are learning and accessing at home. We believe parents should have access to our planning of the curriculum and assessments. We use an online system called Early Years Log, (EYLOG), we record observation, assessments and organise next step for each child's individual learning.
We encourage hourly settling in sessions for as long as the child needs reassurance. Please complete our "All About Me" booklet. Let us know the toys and resources your child likes and we will ensure there are ready for your child's arrival to assist in the settling in process. We ensure the same staff are working each session while your child is settling in.
