I left a chair in April to get recovered and it was eventually ready this week after being promised it on numerous occasions. I was the one chasing it and was not kept fully informed at all as to the “honest” time that it would take. Nor was I informed of the extra costs that were charged at the end. The job that has been done is very good but I would never use them again due to the very poor customer service and the prolonged time it took without being transparent at the start.

Jim and Helen go way beyond just recovering your furniture. We had our Campervan done with them recently and they stopped throughout the project and thought to ask us about everything at each turn. The end result is absolutely incredible. The attention to detail and workmanship is really obvious and materials used of the very highest quality, for example - Jim insisted on adding new materials which would 'plump' the old seats up. We were delighted with their work and would have ABSOLUTELY NO HESITATION in recommending them.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value
Booked a footstool to be recovered in August 2020. Paid a Deposit to be guaranteed finished by November but still waiting on it in February 2021!!!! Despicable customer service. Girl who answered phone left me on hold to use the toilet (I heard the flush and everything!!!!) Avoid this business at all cost!!!
