Just had the first of 2 sofas brought back ..... reupholstered and an absolute amazing job ..... better than expected. Seat cushions firmed out as well as back cushions, legs raised ..... can't believe it's the same sofa.
Just had the 2nd back with exactly the same workmanship and professionalism as the 1st. Very pleasant experience all-round.Well pleased and a very professional company. Would definitely recommend!!!!! 5 stars plus!!!!!!!!!

I had two old sofas that were worse for wear, I was tempted to chuck them but was recommended by a friend to use a reupholstering service, I was hesitant at first but decided to go for it and had a browse of the few out there and decided on Sandes Upholstery.
They were incredibly accommodating to my ever need. I don't think I've ever experienced more amazing customer service from John and the rest of the team
They did a free call out and quote once I told them how Id like the sofas done they had them picked up and delivered back, the sofas were beautiful, I had them made, (got to pick the colour

Made an appointment for 2 chairs to be collected for re-upholstery between 1030 and 1pm. After waiting for nearly 3 hours I called to ask if they would be much longer - guy called John told me that it had completely slipped his mind and that we would 'just leave it'. Aggressive attitude when I expressed annoyance that my morning had been wasted.
Quote was also higher than 2 other companies but Sandes could supposedly collect and deliver sooner so I went ahead with them as I wanted the job done asap. Really bad experience - avoid this company at all costs.
