Wollaston Lodge
As we all know this could all change again at any time. In order to qualify under Government guidelines, we must receive an email from you that says you are coming from two households. To book any dates, we would require a deposit of 300 with the balance payable the day before you arrive. We would like to make our home, your home for your stay.

You will find Wollaston a very relaxing place to be, elegant but comfortable, polished but relaxed. A hunting lodge that was built by The Albright family in the early 1700s. As the family became more successful they built Wollaston Lodge and acquired over 1000 acres as a gentleman's playground. The present house reflected the family's success.
Services
Wollaston is a traditional Victorian Rectory style house. All of our suites are south facing and en suite. Everything was totally refurbished in 2012 so that a luxurious stay is guaranteed. Each bedroom has comfortable seating areas with flat screen tvs, ipod docking stations and free wifi. Guests also have use of a lounge downstairs and the orangery where breakfast is served.
The "Salle Gris" is our Grey Room, fabulous four poster freshly decorated with top quality linen, luxury mattress, flat screen tv with integrated dvd, ipod docking station, free wifi, tea making facilities, en suite shower room and ample wardrobe space. Views out over the Cedar trees and the Italianate gardens to Long Mountain in the near distance, peaceful and refined.
We have a very comfortable guest lounge, relaxing sofas, tv, desk, magazines and books. The Orangery is lovely and bright and an ideal place to chill out. It leads out onto the gardens where there are many places to sit and take in the countryside. We love food! Hopefully you will find our breakfasts delicious and filling from traditional English breakfasts to those with an American twist or a European flavour.
Hire Wollaston Lodge for your group of family or friends. Ideal for celebration weekends, family reunions, university get togethers, girl away breaks, special occasions or just to get away from it all together. Have private use of the whole house sleeping up to 19 people with six bathrooms, full use of the new yoga and wellbeing studio, six person hot tub, cinema room, outdoor dining area, gardens, orangery and guest lounge.
The Yoga studio at Wollaston Lodge has spectacular views across the valley and is flooded with light, a relaxing and calming place for all kinds of classes and treatments. We offer a number of options. If you are an instructor or organiser of retreats, you can rent the whole house for exclusive use.

We stayed here 23rd to 25th July for my Daughters hen doo.
All I can say is WOW WOW WOW WOW!!!!
The website although brilliant just dose not prepare you for this stunning home.
Sandy and Grant are amazing I've pestered them for about 18 months with all sorts of questions.
The house itself is stunning and very tastefully decorated. You will not need to take anything as the house is equipped for anything you want to cook.
Thank you we will definitely make some excuse to come back hopefully soon

Beautiful, elegant & well thought out premises. Tastefully decorated with attention to detail, very comfortable and clean bed. We found this last minute and so glad we did ! The breakfast in the beautiful conservatory was one of the best we’ve ever had in a b&b, the Wollaston Granola was phenomenal! Wonderful hosts Sandy & Grant, helpful and accommodating and not to mention their gorgeous dog Lara! Thank you Sandy and Grant for a truly wonderful stay, a much needed peaceful break and we will definitely be back !
