I asked Sarah to give me some suggestions on how to lower HBP without using the usual 'chemicals' that GP would recommend.
She suggested 10-12 steps to follow from chanted meditation to listening to music pieces, specific handcream, etc.
I took up some, others never got around to find the ingredients (hand cream) or try out...however, I can honestly say what i tried helped me lower my BP.
Since, I also found out the real reason for my HBP and I'm also addressing it using 'non-chemicals' (as one of the 'pills' prescribed by GP is responsible for all the havoc in my body).
