Paid three times for a route from Scarborough to Shurburn 1 week prior to the route.I initially made a mistake so rebooked the returning taxi 30 minutes sooner making sure I booked the second before I cancelled the first. This went through on the app without problem. The taxi that was collecting us did not turn up to the right house dispire me leaving further details in the notes. I called them to guide them in and whilst on the phone confirmed my correct collection booking. This was confirmed verbally and on text messages. The taxi did not turn up on time so I called only to be acussed of being

I called a taxi for now and the operator agreed and said one was coming, I waited 15 minutes and called to see where it was and the operator said she forgot to tell me the waiting time. I was waiting in the rain for 30 minutes before it came. Awful service. Awful woman.

Orders a cab specifically requested a car not a mini bus. And made it very clear that my wife has mobility issues and a minibus turned (up 25 minuets late also) Absolutely no use to us. Had to make alternative arrangements. Then received 3 phone calls from them during the evening asking us why we did not take there mini bus.
