Don't even know where to begin with this company. Driver named Jeremy came to pick us up, he was late and rude. He had cancelled my booking via the app which was to be paid via card and rebooked it through cash. My partner was ill and we asked for the driver to pull over to the side of the road. Because he had been sick, he would not let him back in the car meaning we were left stranded in the middle of the A64 at 1am. He then cruises alongside me telling me I haven't paid when I set the booking via card payment and it was the least of my concerns at that moment in time. The office then try ringing

I had to take a taxi because the bus was late and get a receipt to be refunded but my card declined the payment because of security reasons so I ask the driver to call the office so I can pay later but the lady in the office said no I have to pay the money now after being there vip customer I had to ask my work mate to pay the taxi and I refunded the money to him in that spot and the payment went through my worst start of the day and I will never usethem

I have a long term back condition. Today, I went into an acute episode whilst travelling in the taxi. I managed to get out, but couldn’t stand unaided, let alone walk. My driver, Jim, was an absolute star. He called for an ambulance, then fought my corner when they said they weren’t going to send one. I also suffer from anxiety and he kept me calm and reassured through all of this. Once the ambulance arrived, he stayed until I was safely on board. The office were equally supportive and at no time was I made to feel that the car being unavailable was any sort of issue. Cars always arrive on

Thank you to David Thompson who took my dad to a hospital appointment today, my dad unfortunately left his mobile phone in the back of the taxi but David managed to track me down on Facebook to let me know then kindly offered to drop the phone back to Dads house in his own time, thank you for your honesty and going out of your way, my Dad was so grateful for your help today! Not alot of taxi services would of done the same so big thank you 😀
