You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Buyer remains liable for return postage costs except in cases where the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage receipt from the post office in the unlikely event your return is lost/damaged during transit.
