In 1994, Red Pepper Restaurant set the standard for independent mid-price Italian restaurants in London by opening its doors to the public. It's secret: authentic pizza baked in its wood-burning oven brought over from Italy. Some of our regulars swear it's the best pizza in London and who are we to disagree?
But Red Pepper is not just about pizza. We are dedicated to the best regional Italian cooking, from places seldom featured on most "nouveau Italian" menus - dishes from Sardinia, the Campania and the south; home-made, melt in the mouth pasta; sauces based on game and seafood, grills of the best, freshest catches of the day.

I love the Red Pepper. Food was amazing (we had the burrata, ravioli, tagliatelle and diavola) staff were attentive, brought some friends there and they enjoyed the meal too from starters to mains to dessert (tiramisu was to beautifully done in their own way). Homely, cosy place. Didn't expect much from house wine but it was a decent glass of wine.
