Il Piccolino's
Il Piccolinos' Pizzeria and Restaurant was established in 1979 in Leamington Spa, with the Warwick restaurant opening in 1982. It is a family run business which spans two generations. It was created by Domenico Urso, who in true Italian tradition, passed down his passion for food to his two sons, Salvio and Arturo, who joined him in the business in 2002.

His five young grandsons are also now frequent visitors, keen to sample the tastes of their Sicilian heritage. However, Piccolinos' roots and influences stretch back much further in time. Domenico was born in a rural village, Ciminna, set deep in the heart of the Sicilian countryside. Raised on a farm, Ballaronza, where fresh produce was cultivated and traditional cooking was a family affair.

Food really nice. Polite and helpful service. We were able to come with our small dog and new born baby as the changing room is available. Proper Italian food. Pizza is amazing

I've been coming to the restaurant with my family since I was a child, and was always totally fascinated by the food. Even yesterday, when I bought my partner here for the first time, I was still as in awe of the amazing cheesy garlic bread wrapped in foil. So simple but just incredible. My partner and I both wanted to share the parmesan chicken and the seafood risotto, and the staff were so accommodating of this! They gave us extra places and serving spoons so we could share our meals 50/50, and it was such a special experience. I cannot wait to come here again.

First up parking is an issue but there's a side road 5 mins away that worked. The food was excellent although service was surprisingly slow given it was quiet for Tuesday. Paid £25 for a selection of grilled fish...delicious. wide ranging menu. Warm welcome. Couldn't really fault. Thank you to the staff for an enjoyable evening. I'd class this as a proper Italian restaurant with a wide ranging menu.

Takeaway was disappointing sadly . We ordered a pepperoni pizza and a margarita came . I like cheese but the pizza seemed to have a wedge of it on top and there was minimal source . Luckily it was still warm , but for me I think I actually prefer a Tesco pizza . Hope it was just a bad day .

Good service and a full and varied Italian menu.
The food was amazing and smaller options on some main courses too which suited those with a smaller appetite or who might want to have a dessert

We've recently moved here and are looking for good restaurants for occasional meals out. This fits the bill nicely with a good range of menu options and friendly service. Four of us ate here last night, we all had different meals but they were all delicious and hot. Only quibble is that the chairs were a bit hard to sit on after a while, they, or us, need a bit more padding!! Will definitely be back.

If you fancy italian this is not the restaurant you want to go to. This is a restaurant definitely not made for actual born and bred italians.
I ordered pizza ai peperoni in italian to the italian staff and they got me the pizza with spicy pork sausage which is good for english restaurant but you cant have that to an italian menu. Their excuse is I still have to pay half of it and they will pay the other half. Totally unacceptable.
Furthermore they dishes you can clearly see that only the starters were good the main and pizza totally dissappointing. There was no taste, the fisheries were not

Dined here recently for the first time in many years. I hadn't been impressed at all in the past, but what a transformation this time. Service was excellent and the food fantastic. Very very impressed. Had a lovely family meal. I dont live in the area any more but would definitely dine here again when visiting family. Highly recommended

Have always had a great experience and amazing food at Piccolinos but yesterday we went with what we thought was a slight challenge…my partners allergies! There was not a single problem and the staff took great… time understanding what he could and could not have, specially making a started and main to suit his needs. Incredible service and I cannot thank the team enough. Above and beyond great service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Visiting Warwick for a few days from the U.S. and my son & husband wanted pizza so stopped here for lunch and even returned the following night for dinner. The pizzas were good but I really enjoyed the spaghetti bolognese and yummy garlic bread. Friendly staff.

The food was very authenic and delicious. My husband had the chicken parmagia. He is a super picky eater and loved it. I had the appetizer mussels as my meal with a glass of pino grigio. The wine was good but the mussels were amazing. I could have drank the sauce they were in but instead I kept my manners and soaked it up with the bread. We will be going back!

Piccolino's is a family-run establishment that has been keeping the locals happy for several years. Spacious restaurant with extra seating in the cute outdoor patio during the warmer months. Had the cheesy garlic bread (melted mozz over well-seasoned baguette slices) - a salty delight. Also had the prosciutto and arugula pizza. Their "normal" pizza preparation has a thicker dough than NY-style pizza (there is a thin-crust option as well), but it is tasty and they are generous with toppings. House white wine was good! Multiple options for sizing with the pizza and pasta which

Lasagna was superb.
Tagliatelle carbonara nice.
We got tiramisu and profiteroles, as well as cappuccinos. Free ice cream for our toddler.

Service is very good. Not slow at all.
We were here with a toddler and a teen. Both satisfied.
Glad to have popped into this 'little italy' for lunch before Castle-ing.

Just popped in for lunch but decided to make it our main meal as there was a good menu. The caponata for starters was pricey but amazing. Service was really great. Music a bit loud at times.

Great Italian - the pizzas can be takeawy too - very reasonable pricing and you dont normally need to book through the week. If you fancy an Italian in the town, this is the place.
