A favourite with Warwick's townspeople, The Rose & Crown sits in the corner of the Market Place, always ready to welcome friends old and new. With sunny outside seating and thirteen comfortable bedrooms, we are bigger than we look. A Peach pub since 2002, we serve fresh, quality, seasonal food every day (with a top-notch roast every Sunday), alongside fine ales, carefully-chosen wines, gins and classic cocktails.
Our ethically-sourced coffee is pretty good stuff too.

Services
Peach is a collection of really great pubs, mainly in market towns in the heart of England. We serve good quality, fresh, honest food in relaxed, welcoming environments. Always with a kind word and a sense of fun. We have always been passionate about giving back and as we've developed and grown over the years, our ability and motivation to make the world a little better, a little peachier, has grown with us.
The old proverb demands that we should eat breakfast like Kings (and Queens). We serve up the favourites and always prioritise quality produce - our eggs and bacon are free-range and our sausages are from Jimmy Butler's farm. Starting the day has never tasted so good. Our speciality coffee is Union Hand-roasted's Compaero blend of beans from small-scale co-operatives in Peru and Honduras.
The Rose & Crown features in the current Alastair Sawday's Special Places - Pubs & Inns Guide. It also appears as a pub worth visiting in The Good Pub Guide 2014. We have thirteen en-suite B & B rooms, five directly over the pub and eight in the building right across the lane. These eight are brand new in 2013, though the building dates back to the 17th century.
Download our new App before your next visit to easily order to your table, pay your bill, enjoy personalised treats and gifts, and start collecting rewards. Start exploring today. No need to leave your table or wave for attention, just order your favourite drinks and food through our App. If you've been enjoying table service by one of the team - remember to check in and let us know.
As we eagerly await being open fully, we can't wait for you to join us, alfresco-style. We've got you covered, literally - with all bookable tables being under cover with heating. There's always tables free for walk-ins, so on those sunnier days, where we don't need the cover, just give us a call on the day, or pop down.

This is the second time that I have stayed at the R&C in race days with different friends and it just seems to get better. The second building rooms were very elegant , clean and catered for everything. The hospitality that was shown again was great and as for the breakfast… wow. Fantastic weekend, thank you

Amazing for drinks, brilliant staff (especially the young man working today) and super cozy and classy. My only issue was my food. Considering I paid £17 for beef and what is basically a roast I had high expectations with the meat being from Aubrey Allen (who supply the royal family). However I've had better roasts at a Toby carvery. The meat was well done, and tough. The potato's were inedible. And there was no offer of sauces such as horseradish. I felt robbed of my £17. Unfortunately the food was bad but I'd still love to come here for drinks again .

A cracking burger and two delicious roast dinners. The prices are a little higher than other restaurants in the area but honestly my vegan burger was so good! I never expect much these days with vegan burgers but this one was the bomb - so moist and full of flavour. I also like the selection of beers they have on tap. The waiters were lovely. Our only complaint would be that service was a little slow at times but it was a busy Sunday afternoon. I'll definitely be back soon.

I have been twice recently once for lunch and once for dinner with my family.
Both times the pubs had a good atmosphere and had a choice of seating areas that all feel really different.
The staff are all extremely friendly and the food was great!
My 11 and 13 year old children loved having a mocktail too!
Will definitly be back again soon!

Visited for lunch and sat outside in the well presented pavement area. Lovely place to watch the bustling Market place of Warwick Town centre. We had sharing starters and and a couple of steaks, and drinks throughout. The food was cooked to a high very high standard albeit simple fayre but exceptional in flavour and quality. Service was excellent, everyone friendly and chatty, we were happy to spend a couple of hours here. Price point was around £40pp which I felt entirely comfortable with given the enjoyable experience all round. Highly recommended.
