The Sausage Shop offers a huge range of real sausages and other premium butchers produce, all made on site. As well as a range of around 20 speciality sausages, including pork and stilton, special Cumberland, lamb and mint and Cajun, we also cater for special diets, including gluten free and slimmers sausages. All of our sausages have a minimum of 80% meat content (except Boerewors). The Sausage Shop runs on customer demand - many of our varieties have come about from requests from customers.

In addition to our huge range of speciality sausages, The Real Sausage Co. are also your local butchers for all of your everyday meat requirements. We can cater for all of your butchery requirements. If you have a special request just give us a call and we'll let you know if we can get what you need.
We make approximately 50 different varieties of sausage and you're welcome to try buy before you buy. With many years experience in the traditional art of sausage making, all of our sausages are made and linked by hand at our Trimley St. Martin premises. If you like your sausages as they used to taste in the good old days before mass production, this is the banger for you.
At The Real Sausage Co, we're as serious about beefburgers as we we are about our other quality meat products. We offer a selection of speciality flavoured burgers which are ideal for bringing some variety to your barbecue. 80% beefburgers - Approximately 4oz per burger - proper beefburgers, they taste like they ought to!
The Real Sausage Co. also sell a selection of pies that are packed full of flavoursome premium meat fillings and expertly made pastry. We stock a variety of pies, all are available as an individual serving and some varieties as a large plate pie for sharing round the dinner table. We also stock pork pies (small, medium and large) in addition to seasonal specials.

These guys sell everything direct from the farm ..my favourites is the XL duck and hen eggs ..bet you will find a double Yoker.. and try the venison sausages and venison burgers ..so yum ..slightly more expensive than supermarkets ..but it's fresh from the farm .. a family run business that needs local support from us ..you won't be disappointed guys

I wear a sunflower disability mask exemption card and saw on the door that exemption card holders must be served outside. This did not make me feel like a valued customer at all. I could not see any products from outside and a lovely young lady served me but had to describe all the products available. As I chose a couple of products, a man came over whom I think was the manager, and closed the door in my face stating that the open door was affecting the air conditioning. I felt discriminated against for having a medical condition, being left outside the shop, and finally having the door closed

Spent over twenty one pounds on ribs and chicken drum sticks the ribs full of fat and grease and chewy had to throw away half the ribs away drum sticks greasy very embarrassing.
I thought I would support local businesses but I have learnt my lesson gave them one more chance as last time not too happy with my previous purchase.

Such a great little local butchers! So far I've eaten their handmade scotch eggs, sausages, bacon, pork chops and chicken breast/thighs. Everything is high quality and tastes delicious my favourite sausages are plum & maple and venison! I definitely reccomend stopping in if you're in Trimley St Martin.
