Haven't tried meat yet but hated the shopping experience. Been looking forward to trying this place for ages only to be met with having to wait outside (given COVID totally understand) then when we were called in was immediately asked what we wanted! How on earth are we supposed to know what we want when we've just walked in? We said we would look around first, only to be followed by the server up and down the counter, watching our every move! Very off putting and the meat was weirdly priced I e. Price per joint rather than price per kg. And 24 sausages for a price rather than per kg. Odd

Swiss farm meat Is amazing quality and very reasonably priced, I have shopped there many times now and have always been impressed with the overall service offered by there very nolidgeable staff, they all appear friendly and helpful and the meat is of very high quality and tastes great , a win win for me.

Update: Swiss Farm took this review 9below) very seriously and have since been in contact with me personally which I appreciate. They have assured me they have taken steps to improve their customer service since. So with this in mind, I have amended my star rating to 3. And will revisit at some point in the future, so we shall see....
Previously Aug 21: Unbelievably rude staff. I just spent almost £100 and honestly, couldn't have made me feel less welcome or valued as a customer. I asked for a £50 piece of fillet, she cut me one that was £40 and then just stared at me when I said I really needed
