Services
Bryn Eithin is a 300 year old listed building in Colwyn Bay, North Wales, offering beautiful, individual, spacious accommodation on three floors. There is a lift for those who are unable to use the stairs and wheelchair access. A pleasant living atmosphere requires not only a sense of happiness and well-being but also effective care and support when it is needed.
Bryn Eithin and our chefs have been presented by the Department of Environmental Health with 'Highest Five Stars award' for good quality food and hygiene. This achievement in nutrition, preparation and presentation of food represents an enormous improvement in the health and well-being for residents.
All our staff work hard to create a convivial atmosphere: we firmly believe that a united and happy team benefits not just the staff members themselves but also enhances the atmosphere for the residents. This intangible quality undoubtably adds to a sense of 'home from home' for the residents which is invaluable and difficult to quantify.
You have the option of entertaining them in the privacy of your own room, the communal lounges, dining room and gardens. Everyone is welcome to bring furnishings from home to add that personal touch. You are also welcome to bring personal items such as pictures, photos and ornaments to help personalise your room.

I worked here for 2 years, and it was my first job in the care industry. Bryn Eithin is a beautifully presented home, with caring and professional staff. The chef is skilful and takes pride in ensuring his meals meet the likes of each resident. Regular training is provided and I felt supported and valued whilst working there.
