All Inclusive and Rent Only contracts are available. Our Rent Only package includes rent only and you'll be responsible for setting up and managing the utilities. Whereas, our All Inclusive package includes rent, electric, gas, water and TV Licence and is managed through Unihomes. The WiFi is free!.
