We have bought bird seeds (20 kilo bags) for many years and we have not had any complaints from the birds who are in our garden. So we can only recommend the place! It is very helpful to have the bags delivered to our home and the staff are all very friendly.

Zero signposting so dont know exactly where to go. We were told to park at the bottom of the hill behind the venue and then get in from the back. Staff directed us to walk up the hill and the go down the hill again to the entrance of the venue. We did that on a blustery cold evening and queued for ages only to be told that the box office was elsewhere and we needed to collect our tickets. A total shambles. Also staff does not appeared to be trained in customer service. Trying to get serve at the bar is another ball game. The paryt of the bar that serves what you want to drink is another ball game
