We are a family run business where animals are our passion! We have quite a collection of animals in our little menagerie so let us introduce ourselves and our furry and feathered friends. It has always been Heather's dream to run a boarding kennels and cattery and finally the dream has come true! A Florist in a previous life and now a qualified Dog Groomer, Heather has a wealth of experience with all kinds of animals.
We have 20 spacious rooms and are licensed to look after 30 dogs. Each room is big enough for dogs from the same family to share (depending on size), they are decorated to make them feel nice and homely with a wall mural and are covered in a hygienic surface to maintain cleanliness and prevent the risk of infectious diseases.
Why not join us for a day full of fun where your dog can make friends, play and come home happy and tired?!. Your dog will have multiple exercise sessions throughout the day, however unlike some daycare centres we give your dogs chance to rest and chill between sessions in their own, private rooms where they can get a quick nap in peace and quiet before going out for their next play.
The cattery is situated well away from the kennels in a quiet area. We have 16 penthouse cattery suites and are licensed to look after 20 cats. Each cattery suite is big enough for two cats to share if they are from the same family. The sleeping area has two raised platforms so there is plenty of variation for your cat and plenty of space for your cat to have their own privacy too.
We have a variety of housing to suit various small animals from outside hutches to indoor cages. All housing is secure and cleaned thoroughly after each use. Outside hutches have grass runs so rabbits and guinea pigs are able to access the grass. Indoor housing is situated in a fully heated annexe and the outdoor housing is arranged throughout our small gardens to ensure everyone has plenty of space, shade and also sunshine (when it comes out!)

First things first; don't expect to get through to them when you try to call. And then when you raise this with them, expect to have some curt and rather rude response about "how we're not sitting by the phone all day filing our nails". I'm sorry ladies, but if you run a business and hardly ever answer your phone, you should expect your potential customers to get a little frustrated when they can't get through. Be understanding and explain the situation (that you just don't have the staff) in a polite way, instead of attacking your customer as if it is somehow their fault that you aren't available

They said they would share pictures of my pet whilst we were away but they did not. I ask how she was after 1 day to be told she was settling in and no issues. But when I collected her after 3 days she had lost weight and I was told she wouldn't eat her food for the first couple of days.. So I wasn't impressed with this place. I would not use them again.

My Pet was with you for 3 days as I collected her at 10am. I left a tip because I was happy to see her. If I was told that she wasn't eating properly I would not have been so shocked when I got her back home and saw her out of her carrier

After reading a couple of bad reviews I was hesitant at first but these guys were recommended to us so I choose to ignore them.
And I am so glad I did.
These guys were brilliant. I had no problem getting in touch with them and Holly replied to all my emails rapidly and in detail.
I saw plenty of lovely pictures of Leo online and it reassured us whilst we were away that he was also having a good time.
To top it off he even got groomed before collecting him.
I will not be taking Leo anywhere else.

Our 6 month old Labrador has been going to Haleswood Pet Hotel for doggy daycare for the past month and she absolutely LOVES it. You can see all the team there have genuine love for animals and that they treat your loved one as if it was their own. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable - you could not ask for more. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

An absolutely superb kennels, with exceptionally professional staff who could not be more helpful. Our beagle simply loves his time there and I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you are looking for a safe place to kennel your dog, look no further.
