Hound Hall was established in 2014 to provide an incredible experience for animals and owners. From small beginnings our Luxury Dog Hotel has rapidly gained an outstanding reputation with numerous returning clients making us the premier dog boarding facility in Shropshire. The 4 rooms can open up, offering 2 huge suites for multi families, of even for single occupancy if required. The 2 suites offer a massive 216 sq ft and have all the facilities of the single rooms. Every room has its own feature, each one being unique. The underfloor heating in every room has individual thermostatic control.

Services
Any special requirements, please do ask and we will be more than happy to accommodate if at all possible. Please note that your dog will have individual care and attention - no group walks or plays. This enables us to keep your dog safe from bad experiences and to ensure your dog will not be hurt or intimidated by another dog.
Just like any other hotel, your dog is welcome to stay until 10am on the day of departure. After this time, a further day's rate will be charged. Our priority first thing in the morning is to tend to the guests we already have staying with us and most of our guests are normally very tired by evening.
Therefore, we ask that you bring sufficient food for the duration of your dogs stay. If extra food is required (due to insufficient amount to cover the duration of the holiday) it will be purchased by ourselves and added to your final invoice. We completely understand that some guests have very specific dietary requirements.
Much of the information requested is required in order for us to be compliant with the Local Authority and to maintain our star rating. 1. Please telephone, email or send us a message via our 'Contact Form' to ensure we have a vacancy. We will then provisionally hold the reservation for you for three days.

Collected our precious Monty after a weeks holiday with Emma, at the fabulous Hound Hall…can’t thank you enough, especially as we haven’t left him for over 18mths and he looks fabulous, healthy & happy. Absolutely amazing place, thank you very much for having Pablo and helping us out 🥰 Such an amazing room, even had an outdoor area attached onto it! The lady looking after him was wonderful, very welcoming and has an obvious love for animals, such a wonderful place. Highly recommend, Pablo will definitely be returning!!

"The Ultimate in Canine Care and Comfort" - Hound Hall's own description says it all. In my experience, Barbara and Martin go above and beyond - each of my three dog's needs has always been carefully considered and they are looked after to perfection; in particular, my very anxious rescue Setter, Snowie. Every time they stay at Hound Hall I know that I can escape my busy life and enjoy my holiday in the knowledge that Teddy, Snowie and Sparky are in the best possible hands - and it's worth a million! If you are considering Hound Hall for the first time, without hesitation I cannot recommend it

Hound Hall is a fantastic hotel for dogs. We know this because our dog has had many happy holidays there. We have just collected him from his latest stay. As always during his break we had updates on his well-being and saw lots of photos of him having a wonderful time. His happiness was down to the super care, love and attention given to him by Barbara and Martin. They have a vast understanding of dogs, and cater for the individual requirements of each guest. Best place in the Country to board your dogs, in fact I wouldn't even call it dog boarding. This is a holiday for your beloved Pooch meaning you can go away safe in the knowledge that your pets are in the best hands. Expertise, knowledge second to non. Left my 3 year old chihuahua here and when we got back after 2 weeks he was as happy as ever. We did have concerns about leaving him on his own for so long but the staff put our mind at rest and they gave daily photo and video updates of our little boy via their facebook page. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Without a doubt there is no other place in the world that I would trust or leave my fur babies with. One of my girls has many health conditions and the care I had from Hound Hall was home from home which is the most important thing for me to give me peace of mind and comfort when I go away. Updates were regular, nothing too much trouble. Truthfully you don't get much fussier dog owners than us and this is the only place I would leave them. I feel lucky to also live in Shropshire but if I was 200 miles away this is where I would come to. Thank you Barbara and Martin - truly you are the best. xxxx

Brilliant doggy care from lovely people who are so canine orientated it’s a wonder they don’t woof! Molly really loves her time with Barbara and Martin and sulks all the way home - two hours of hacked off dog is no joke. Every review should be five stars as their service is absolutely out of this world.

I was so anxious at the thought of putting my elderly girl, speckle,in kennels as not only is she arthritic , hard of hearing and rather nervous of other dogs but she also had a stroke last Christmas. But then I found Barbara & Martin and the wonderful Hound Hall luxury dog hotel. As soon as I met these caring people and viewed the accommodation, I knew I would not cry when we left her!! She is going for another visit soon. I cannot rate Hound Hall highly enough.
