Services
At Audley Lodge we pride ourselves on the range of facilities that we make available to our guest. Exercise and play sessions will be increased or reduced depending on the nature, age and condition of each guest. 4. AM Play Sessions - 2 or more play sessions in paddock or play barn (depending on weather and guest preference).
50% Deposit is required before booking can be confirmed (deposit is non refundable). The balance payment will be due on arrival. If a client cancels within 90 days of the arrival date then the full fee will be due. New customers will be required to pay the full amount for their first booking or trial run (50% refunded if cancelled more than 90 days prior to the first boarding day).
There has been a Kennels on the Site of Audley Lodge Since the 1960's. The existing footprint contained 64 tiny kennels, things then improved to a more standard construction. This we inherited, with the footprint containing the space for 32 Kennels. Today we have 14 Luxury Suites on the same base. We also incorporated the garages, Lake and Barn into the overall facilities for our guests.
Under the Animal Welfare Act, Audley Lodge Kennels is required to hold certain personal data on our customers in order to care for or groom their pets and liaise with their vet and local authority inspectors. Under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) we are required to take care of such data to keep it safe.

My dog is a rescue from Romania, and is very nervous at the best of times, so we were extremely worried about how he would be. The staff were lovely to him, he really took to them and he doesn't usually act like that. They were patient with him and took the time to reassure him and let him trust them. I was over the moon when I picked him up, seeing how happy he was and that he had been out walking and playing. Thank you again!!

Following another stay Harvey was very well cared for and settled well considering he had not been away from home before other than his overnight stay. Very reassured and relieved. Thanks to Suzanne Andrew and all the staff we will be back.
Collected my beloved Harvey today following his trial. I was so anxious about leaving Harvey as he is 4 years old and has never been in kennels before but I need not have worried, he received the best care I could hope for and when I arrived to collect him seemed more interested in Hannah than saying hello to me so obviously had felt happy and secure. This was the second kennels our Lab stayed at whilst we had a weekend away. We got in at last minute so prices were higher but for that your dog does get extra comforts so perhaps it's worth paying! The owner is attentive and reassuring and you can tell this is a passion for them and not just a job. The kennel is tucked away down country lanes, so be mindful when driving there. We'll certainly be going back to Audley the next time we need a kennel.

It's been a good 6 months since my 2 fur babies Henry and Betty went to stay at Audley Lodge and I should have reviewed sooner (sorry). Absolutely fabulous and highly recommend. Henry is very nervous and doesn't take to new people very well becoming anxious and scared easily, I fretted all the way to Audley Lodge with how he would react and I need not have worried, pulling into the car park Sue popped her head in the car window and Henry instantly gave her a big sloppy kiss! They say dogs are the best judge of character. when I went to pick them both up they were playing out in one of the outdoor

Our dog is my baby so as you can imagine it was heartbreaking being apart from him but we were at so much ease knowing he was being looked after so well! Especially as he's epileptic and is on daily medication.
We left our boy here for the night when we went to a wedding just so he could familiarise himself with Andy and Sue and the place as we were going abroad not long after. We went to view so many places and none were good enough until we found Audley Lodge Luxury Kennels! We could not find a single fault!

Our beloved family dog, had just become too old to survive in the traditional style of dog kennels, so we had looked for alternatives and Audrey lodge was perfect. We couldn't believe just how amazing the facilities were. Winnie has stayed twice now and he has come back both times looking very happy and healthy. He obviously eats and sleeps well, and enjoys the walks each day. He is a bit too old and grumpy to play, but it is clear to us that he likes being there.
