Great place to have lunch.
Rag pudding, lovely pieces of tender steak complete with rich gravy!
Tasty piece of fish!
A Good traditional hearty meal.
Also try the traditional Greek Moussaka dish, you won't be disappointed, tender minced lamb, Moist but not wet. As good a Moussaka as you will get!

Not the first time I've visited this restaurant and will certainly not be the last. Being a southerner, I can honestly say, it's the best fish and chip restaurant outside of London. Both, the quality of the food and the attentive service are second to none. Cannot recommend them high enough.

The fish was lovely, chips were good and stayed hot. my husband had the fishcakes and said there wasn't enough fish in them and tasted of sage and onion stuffing. He wouldn't order them again. More of a cafe than a restaurant. Staff were very friendly and attentive.

Took mum for lunch, staff are so good with her and she was delighted they remembered her as this was her 1st visit in nearly 2 years. At 93 she was uncertain if she should go but was so pleased she had. Food is always fantastic, the seating is well spaced and very clean, the staff are happy and welcoming.

I phoned for an order tonight for quarter past 7 for my mum and when my dad went to pick it up in front of a shop full of people, the man behind the counter shouts your 20 minutes late he was actually 5 minutes late but then he has to stand there 10 minutes to wait for the order it's safe to say we will never be ordering again shocking customer service.
