We used the service to collect us from Reading to Boston at Christmas and the later return journey, The driver, David, is a superb, safe and courteous driver. It was a pleasure to be driven by him. I am disabled and he made very effort to make the journey more comfortable for me. I would recommend him highly.

The taxi didn't turn up as booked this morning and was meant to be transported an hour away. When I rang Acorn Taxis the guy was plain rude, very unprofessional, English is definitely not his first language so not sure why Acorn would employ such a person with no public relations. I definitely give this guy an oscar for rudeness and unprofessionalism. With that being said l would never ever use Acorn Taxis

Absolutely amazed at the driver who took me home in early hours of the morning, after picking me and my 8 year old daughter, from Boston hospital to Skegness.
He put me so at ease as I was eager to get home and not to make him late he reassured me that he wasn’t in a hurry and to take my time, he helped me in the car and out of the car. He also followed all of the road conditions and adjusted his speed/ pace accordingly.
He engaged me in conversation to keep my mind off the pain I was in I assume , and asked question about my self, which was nice as he took the time to get to know me. And make
