I called the morning I needed to arrive somewhere. The person on the phone spoke to me like they had anything better to do but talk to me, and I was just about able to get my question out after giving my address before the phone was call was ended. The time I gave them allowed me a 11 minutes to spare; not once was I told that I wouldn't be able to arrive there on time (the time I gave them). I arrived 12 minutes later than I told the person on the phone; I do understand that traffic factors into this, but since they know the area they could have told me that I would not reach my destination on

I use this taxi firm on a regular basis, and I've got to say in my personal experience they are the best in Boston...they've never once let me down and are always on time...All of the drivers are very polite, trustworthy and helpful and all the cars are kept to high standard.
Also the 10% of off all pre booked journeys is an added bonus.
I highly recommend this company!
