Used this firm to collect my children from school. Insisted 25 minutes would be long enough despite me saying it would be tight. Arrived to get my children nearly 10 minutes late due to traffic what could of been avoided if listened! Loose window which was held in by celetape?? Have photo but don't know how to attach. Operator said I could pay by card but driver got very annoyed over this. Demanding I opened my purse to show I had no cash! Eventually let me pay by card. No thankyou or nothing. Would not use again!

What an utter shambles this company is! For our booking to return home they arrived 45 minutes late and this was only after three calls to the office. When I asked for compensation I was offered 10% off future fares. Absolutely ridiculous.... Why would I use them ever again!! Will use Spalding Taxis from now on!

Drivers following ridiculously close and dangerously. 9.15 18th March 2019 I had one sit so close to my back bumper going past bakkavor in Spalding if I had had to break for any reason he would have gone into the back of me. I slowed down more than I would normally in the end due to how close he was. Shocking driving. They need training in safe breaking distances!! Not the first time I've seen shocking driving from their drivers.

After seeing all 5 stars reviews, I decided to book a taxi from this company to pick up children from primary school. Fare was booked a couple of hours in advance before they needed collecting. After booking i got a call to say as there will be minimum charge due to short distance which was fine with me School rung me to say the taxi haven't arrived. I had to leave very important meeting to fetch the kids. The taxi finaly arrived 20 minutes late blaming traffic while I was there. Not good enough. I will not use them again. Very poor service.
