Personal training is tailored towards your individual needs so no matter on your goals you will be provided with a session that can help you achieve them. Sessions last for 60 minutes and during this time you will be pushed to your limits and motivated along the way. Sessions are suitable for all abilities and fitness levels with careful consideration taken for those with medical conditions.
You don't need to be a sports person or have an injury to feel the benefit of a sports massage. A sports massage is a lot firmer compared to a traditional massage and can used to prevent and treat injuries. With lifestyles becoming increasingly sedentary, more people than ever are sitting in front of a computer screen, it can work wonders for everyday aches and pains, such as headaches and back pain.

As a Personal Trainer and Instructor over the years I have taught 1000s of people and find it a pleasure to instruct multiple people at once. When training with others you have the help and support of those taking part, not only during the session but at home as well.
Barbell Ladies is unique program, delivered over 6 weeks which is aimed at improving confidence and technique when using Free Weights. The program is delivered in Cheltenham by Luke Young Personal Training and can be provided online if required. Gyms can be daunting at the best of times, the free weights area (which I like to call 'Man Zone), even more so, with only the occasional woman braving the elements and joining the men in this area.
