We had lived in our house for 20 years, as a result we were utterly clueless about the whole process. Having met Mark on previous viewings over the past 5 years or so, once we saw a house we loved, we were keen to meet with him and sell our house through him. (AVOID ) I find it difficult to believe that all these "good" reviews are real. My experience of Mark Buxton was appalling. The owner Mark Buxton does the viewings and his attitude and demeanor were not that of someone wanting to sell a house. He did not seem interested in selling the house and at times was downright obnoxious. He wasted no time in telling me that he owned the company and any complaints should be posed directly to him. Not the way I like to open negotiations. Lol. He seemed quite arrogant or some sort of Narcissist that needed his ego stroked. He was unprofessional and completely
