In seeking to secure a flat for my daughter in Newcastle, Bricks & Mortar were very helpful and proactive in all of my dealings with them. At all times I found that they were professional, easy to contact and responsive to any queries that I had. Georgina has been extremely professional and efficient whilst helping us find a rental property. She was extremely quick to respond to our requests and queries and her colleague Hannah in the Newcastle office was also polite and courteous. I would highly recommend and if I had a property to lease in Newcastle I would most definitely use their services.

These clowns showed up at my property all year round for viewings, each and every time without 24-hours notice, going as far as to unlock the front door and letting themselves in before even knocking. Unresponsive, unhelpful and unprofessional.
I was contacted after my tenancy had already ended, with them making empty promises to "resolve any issues" I had, which at that point was honestly pointless given that I had already moved out, but I did not hear back from them after that apart from a sad email requesting for me to remove my 1 star rating from Google.

I put my house on the market with Bricks & Mortar at the height of the pandemic. The service was excellent from start to finish. Even more so because of the trying times. The staff went out of their way to help me and were brilliant the whole time. The photos Claire took were outstanding quality and my house sold within a matter of weeks for higher than the asking price. Overall an excellent service and I highly recommend. Thank you to everyone involved in the whole process especially Claire Scott who was amazing from the very start.

I spoke to Hannah this morning in regards to a property, within 1 hour I had a viewing and follow up conversation and multiple email correspondence. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and approachable! Very impressed with how everything has been handled so far!

Matthew has been very efficient and helpful. When we were having second thoughts and requested another viewing on the same day it was no problem at all and in the end we went for the property. Bricks & Mortar is modern and professional and clearly has positive, helpful staff. nothing is too much hassle, and they respond to any query quickly and easily. Thanks guys!

My experience in Bricks and Motar was very straight forward and enjoyable!. I was attended to by Courtney! Who was very polite and welcoming, she gave me all of the information I needed about my property and supplied me with the keys correctly!. Her customer service was excellent and would highly recommend this housing agency, especially for students as they have a great bills package!

Having spoken to about 20 other lettings places today where every single one of them were either rude, useless or completely unhelpful, it was a pleasure to speak to Hannah on the phone from Bricks & Mortar. She was very helpful, kind, and efficient, despite it being late on a Friday where most would be visibly tired and less helpful.
I look forward to seeing the progression of my tenancy agreement as I feel I’m in safe hands.

We recently moved our city centre student accommodation to bricks and mortar from another agent who had struggled to fill it.
From first contact, the service was excellent.
I was introduced to Lauren and Claire who along with their team, have taken care of everything.
They have put reactive and proactive measures in place for maintenance, handled all the billing matters for services and most importantly have secured tenancies for all rooms for this academic year.
I am delighted so far with the communication and efficiency of the business.
