We bought our first home through Hive back in October and we couldn’t have had a better experience with them. Couldn’t recommend them enough, especially Harriet who made our experience so great. She took care of everything from arranging the first viewing to picking up the keys. Harriet was very professional throughout the whole sale, she was our main point of contact and no matter when we needed her she was there for us. We came across some bumps (not caused by hive) and Harriet was there every step of the way to reassure us and keep us up to date. Thanks Harriet & Hive for all your help.

I recently instructed Hive to sell my flat in Newcastle and they were simply brilliant! From the first encounter with them they were extremely professional this continued with the valuation with Rachael. She showed enthusiasm for the property and had a clear realistic vision how to market it. Throughout the process of marketing and selling Rachael and Harriet both were excellent, clear communication, professional and easy to contact. Me and my partner started renting our first home this month with Hive estates and the experience really couldn’t have been better. The market for finding an available property was incredibly difficult but Hive estates delivered an amazing home which we both love!
Amelia showed us round a couple of properties which were great but we especially liked this one. She was so friendly and helpful to work with, I don’t think we would have our lovely home without her!!

Hive agents are one of the best agents I've worked with in Newcastle. They are very knowledgeable in both lettings and sales. The director Michael Mortimer has helped me many times with my own properties and he knows property legislation like the back of his hand.
