Hannah and Tom today with also Grant during the longer process were fantastic during the signing process.
Hannah and Tom especially after I got a positive covid test on the day of needing to sign the papers meaning me and my flat mate could not come into the office to sign they organised a secondary process releasing stress for us and creating a very positive experience.

Very professional, efficient and prompt service from Living Spaces. Staff were excellent in supporting the process of renting a property, and the after-care has been excellent.
All staff members were available to answer questions often within a few minutes and could be contacted by WhatsApp, email or telephone.

Having rented for 5 years of my life I can safely say Living Spaces were the easiest to deal with. Agents were prompt to the viewings and were very responsive to emails even with the busy period due to COVID. Signing was swift too compared to the other companies I have dealt with.

Alas I am beginning to lose hope in all letting agents in Newcastle. Livingspaces are brilliant when it comes to accommodating for viewings and are very speedy to reply to email queries or phone calls. As I said in my last review they didn't complain once when I wanted to see the sand property several times!
Unfortunately after moving in to a property managed by the landlord I found out that multiple lines of communication just hadn't happened! This ultimately meant that both parties were unaware of certain requests that were contingent on the move. That said it is all sorted now however
