I am disguisted at the level of communication and response towards this business's loyal customers. A friend had a machine from Conwy Electrical 4 months ago and the motor packs up. Friend rang several times to sort it out and wouldn't even respond to the calls and or if they did on one occasion made promises they didn't keep. Wouldn't recommend to anyone after that. Should be ashamed of yourselves.

Rang them up to call out the nxt day before 12 and was told they would see me then
I waited in all morning for a NO show of them rang them up to get no answer so kept calling to eventually about 3 got an answer to be told someone would call me back
Waited over 1& 1/2 hrs and no call so rang back at 4-30pm and told them i no longer require their services
Very poor 😡
