Found Electrical Experience to offer a great and speedy service, as well as the best price i could find. I phoned up to check if a hifi was in stock, placed the order online via their website at 11am, and it was in my hands by 11am the next day. Anyway, the guy from the EE store offered me an upgraded model at no extra charge as a goodwill gesture?

It's easy to find our store on Bradshawgate in Leigh. We are next door to Admirals Amusements which is well known in the Leigh area so should you get lost you can always ask for Admirals and that will lead you straight to us! The nearest Street to us is Vernon Street which is opposite our store. We are also only a few minutes walk away from Spinningfields Shopping Centre too so we are easily found.
Our customers can now recycle their old electrical items, when purchasing a new one from us. We offer a free in-store take back service to all customers who buy a new product and want to recycle their old appliance that is being replaced, whether you purchase in-store or online. The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2013 (WEEE) includes any items that require electricity, including battery sourced electricity.

Dont buy from this guys are scam, I bought a tv online with stock and after 30 minutes they called me and told me that they didnt had stock, they suggested to swap with another model newer(all fake after I contacted samsung they told me is the same model and is from hungary) they didnt want to send a new invoice with the new model, after 3 days the tv got faulty I contacted samsung that told me that the tv is an hungarian model and that the retailer should replace and give a uk model, the retailer dint want to hear so they said and send a new tv but again a hungarian one, they send me an invoice

I recently purchased an American fridge freezer from Electrical Experience. The guy in the shop was very knowledgeable and advised me away from the model I was originally looking at. The one he recommended was much more suitable as it could be plumbed in to have a constant water supply. They took my old fridge away (for a small charge) and made the over all experience very easy. I will be back in the not to distant future for a new TV!

I ordered a Panasonic 65 inch from these , got a phone call after a couple of days to say the TV i ordered was out of stock and they would get me a different one which was actually better than the one I ordered!!!! Absolute rubbish the TV was rubbish!! Ive looked down the reviews one there website and can see they have pulled this stunt before

Awful Awful AWFUL! sold me a faulty TV, wouldn't exchange or refund and kept palming me off to manufacturer. Bought in February, STILL waiting for a fix now.. in MAY FFS.
Edit due to response:
This product did not "develop a fault", it came with connectivity issues from the start which I tried to resolve my end before getting in touch, virgin media engineers came to view, test and check so I had to go through all that too plus make and wait for appointment, I was trying diagnostics and resolutions found online and attempting various methods of connection, for a while even having a 10m ethernet
