Absolute disgrace of a business. Wanted to charge my 84 year old father over £50 for a simple 2 minute job of re-attaching the bracket at the back of his cooker to the wall. When he explained that he couldn't afford that amount, the repair man phoned the shop and the lovely woman on the other end told him to revert the repair back to it's former state. What a lovely person!! I've shared this to all my social media too just to warn people not to go near these bandits.
