We had an absolutely fantastic couple of nights during NYE at the Craven Heifer.
We stayed in the Crow's Nest room which was really comfortable and had a great view of the sunrise.
Breakfast was delicious as was the dinner we had one evening. Very friendly and attentive waiters. Oh, and the beer cellar is incredibly well managed.
We'll definitely be back.

We’ve just come home from a family meal at this lovely village pub and it was excellent. We haven’t been since the new owners to over during lockdown, and I have to say it was really good. The food was delicious! We’re all foodies in our family, and are hard to please when it comes to food. But it was brilliant. And the service was really smiley, friendly, fast & efficient. The waiters & waitresses couldn’t do enough for us. Bravo to the new owners and their team at The Heifer.. we will be back soon for sure! Thank you!

Stayed in The Crows Nest room… beautiful, clean, enormous and very comfy bed! Friendly staff who went above and beyond to find my husband’s glasses and post them back to us, great customer service! Plus perfectly placed for attending a wedding at The Tithe Barn. Pub looks lovely too, we had room only but our friends said the breakfast was amazing. 10/10

Called in for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The pub has been refurbished with a much bigger, brighter dining area. They have also gone into partnership with a local restaurant to provide an excellent, totally revamped menu. Delighted this pub is back on track. Looking forward to booking for Sunday lunch.

Pub lunch for 4, all very good.
Lovely room, fancy tables laid with wine glasses and white napkins.
Food all good, gammon & poached eggs, burger with generous portion of French fries, and the best was chicken in a basket, perfectly crispy and succulent. Shame it was served with big chips as menu said French fries. Young staff could have done with some guidance, but all very nice 👏👏👏
