The business phoned a 97 year old on a Tuesday to make an appointment to visit her in a Care Home, and then phoned her back the following day to cancel the appointment. In these COVID days with elderly people trapped indoors with no visitors and reading/TVs are their lifeline, how disappointing that business convenience is all-important.

Gets unbelievably nasty. The owner got me sanctioned for six weeks for telling him off. His computer recruitment was asking EVERYONE to stop by with a supporting letter immediately after accepting CV’s. So if we all spent £££££on bus fares to every job without recruitment even filtering through CV’s to see if you have a serious chance of getting the job, we wouldn't be able to to apply for more than seven jobs that required a bus ride Let alone eat, pay bills etc. He immediately brands me as lazy. The reason I was going for the job? It's a sit down job and I can't walk or stand up for
