She worked so very hard to get us the home we are in now, I’m not sure anybody else could have done any more! She honestly went above and beyond for us, and managed to work her magic and get us a great deal that suited us as first time buyers.
She is a true professional and expert in her field, and had the solution to any hurdles/problems that came up.
She is also very responsive and a very good communicator, always keeping us in the loop.
Besides from this, she is the nicest person, worth every penny and more for the service she provides.

My fixed fee was coming to an end and I was dreading organising a new one but Alicia took all the hassle out of it and made it appear a really seamless transition! I didn’t have to worry about deadlines, Alicia dealt with it all and even reminded me about the timelines! No chasing needed to be had, she was entirely on the ball and took all the stress out of it!
