Buy To Let mortgages are primarily for landlords who want to a buy property for the purpose of renting it out. The rules for Buy To Let mortgages are fairly similar to those for normal mortgages, but there are some significant deviations. You have a good credit track record and aren't overwhelmed with other borrowings, for example, credit cards.
A remortgage is where you take out a new mortgage on your home or a property you already own; either to replace the mortgage you already have, or to borrow money against your property. Remortgaging can be a big decision to make so here's a list of reasons why someone may want to remortgage their property.

I was recommended MyMny by my parents because Jack advised them about what they needed to do financially for the sale of their second home. Due to me being a first time buyer Ben was assigned to us and he was fantastic in giving us all the information that we would be required to give and put everything in place for us which made it completely stress free!

Jack was excellent. Rather a complicated second mortgage on a property that required patience and skill to bring to a successful conclusion.
