Our Quotations include all materials with an exception to fixtures and fittings which add on as extras to the original costs.

Well how can I put this . Today one of your lovely employees, drove past us whilst the lollipop man was stood there went straight through us and kindly stuck his middle finger up at us all with myself and my young children who where just about to step out!! this was in new waltham area, you really need to sort your staff out looks like I am not the… only one complaining on your staff's behaviour behind the wheel, I am disgusted and fuming that not only did he not stop and could have coursed a serious accident my children had to see his vile hand gesture... sort it out

I had an over garage extension and a total refurb of my property by John Ryan Developments approx 12 months ago Cannot speak highly enough of them. Absolutely top class workmanship - and all completed much sooner than I had imagined. Superb from start to finish Just one complaint - spent about £15 on HobNobs as one of the chippies had rather a sweet tooth...... But seriously absolutely first class work - no hesitation in recommending them for your future projects
