We have purchased a property from Swan Homes while it was being built, we agreed a delivery in March but only got the keys in Jun due to construction delays.
Second Swan Homes have agreed to transfer the plot with parking as agreed in the sight plan which to my shock was not honored, a parking slot just came up from no place and occupied 50% of the agreed parking. when discussing this with Adrian he refused to admit the breach and was finding all excuses that he terms and conditions have not been breached which is completely against the drawing and agreed plot plan.
Third if you think about purchasing
