Modern day Robin Hoods used unregulated pension companies to sell you " the dream " pot of gold. Everything you have invested is stolen away with no returns on your investment or paltry returns.

Try getting hold of someone from the resort group, even the MD doesn't reply to emails, would have more luck contacting Lord Lucan, money comes out and nothing goes in, a right bunch of con artists, all I want is to find out about my investment, are they still trading because I don't know

Do not believe anything that this organisation tells you. Financially the biggest mistake I have ever made. You will only receive payments while they are trying to get you to invest more , once they know you will not invest anymore your payments will stop. Steer clear.

Try selling your property This is a complete con. Some one is making a lot of money out of this and it certainly is not the property owners. They do not respond to emails if you request specific details such as costs that they offset against remts received leaving very little left for the owners

This investment will eat up a huge proportion of your monies in fees and overheads, many of which are either dubious or secret. If you try to get your money refunded or paid to take benefits they will not make the payment, making excuses about revenue levels making it impossible until a time when things improve. This time never arrives. My investment is not even getting rental returns, just sitting there earning nothing. But you are powerless to do anything about it. STEER CLEAR OF THESE TYPES OF COMPANIES, THEY ARE WORSE THAN LOAN SHARKS ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY
