We are a medical practice, part of the Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group, committed to providing the best possible care to our patients. Swanage Medical is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). You will be registered with one of our partners and we would ask that, wherever possible, you see that doctor.

Services
Natasha has worked in all aspects of practice administration and management, obtaining Diplomas in Business Management and Primary Care Health Management in 2009. Natasha will be pleased to discuss any non-medical problems that you have, and is also happy to receive any suggestions for improving the services offered.
The health centre is open from 8.30am - 1.00pm and 2.00 - 6.30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding all UK bank holidays). There are also some early morning and evening weekday and Saturday morning appointments available. These appointments are intended for those who find it difficult to make appointments during normal opening hours.
Where a registered patient has reached the age of 16 but not reached the age of 75 and has never attended for a consultation with a GP, nor a clinic provided by the practice, within a period of three years prior to the date of request, he/she may request a consultation.
Where such a request is made, the practice will provide a consultation and the GP will, in the course of the consultation, make such inquiries and undertake such examinations as appear to be appropriate in all the circumstances.

Our secure online appointments system allows you to book a telephone consultation or a face-to-face appointment with your registered doctor. It is a simple and easy way to book appointments and is especially useful during those times that the telephone lines are busy or the Practice is closed. The service offers a simple system that is easy for you to book, view or cancel appointments online regardless of the time of day.
If you have a complaint or suggestion about any of our services, please ask to speak to the practice manager. Any complaint will be investigated promptly through our in-house complaints procedure, which is available from reception. Whilst we would prefer to deal with your complaints internally, you do have the right nevertheless to make your complaint directly to NHS England.
