We made a Late booking as a couple and even later asked if we could bring our grandchild. A prompt response to our email confirmed that we could but warned of the space limitations in the roomWe were only charged a nominal additional fee. The room was as described, compact but met our needs for our 4 night stay.

Lovely position in relation to town. Parking was easy with £5 voucher. Clean and fresh room and very welcoming host. Only criticism was the position of the kettle with the extension lead was a bit precarious.

Supposed to be a B and B. Should be named B and T because you only get bed and toast.

Staff were friendly and room was clean but small with a really pokey bathroom, kettle was disgustingly dirty and window couldn't be shut at 6 in the morning when the builders started outside, lady doing the cleaning in the morning couldn't of been any louder if she tried

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Not only was the guest house immaculate but central to plymouth too. The breakfast was beautifully cooked with a lovely choice. The owner was so warm and charming it really felt like she loved her job. Thank you and we cant wait to come again.
