Loved this place, the location, and the staff. Room was small for 4, but still worked great and had a table, tv, and a little room to sit.

Great location, good views, quite clean place, however inside rooms very tight. Hardly could move around and I wasn't aware it will be 2 bunk beds in our room. Shower not flexible, just connected to the wall. Children couldn'ttake shower, as it wasn't fit for them. I doubt we will be back. Thanks.

Working down in Plymouth and it’s the 2nd time using the hotel. Both times had a great sleep. 100% no bed bugs. Recommend Anyone wanting a cheap good night sleep

Cons: Hard beds, lack of "power" in the showers.
Pros: Everything else! The staff is friendly, and accomodating. And flexible. I had booked a bed in the 4 bed-dorm, but been moved to the 6 bed dorm because there were already 3 others in the 4, and only 1 in the 6. That's awesome service: Seeing to the most privacy possible under the circumstances.
The included breakfast is also more than acceptable for the price: Plenty of choices of cereals and bread.
In conclusion: The only reason I don't give 5 stars, is that the mattresses were hard, meaning that I got up hurting in the morning.

Great friendly and convenient stay. Hostel badly needs some maintenance but overall clean and well provisioned. Breakfast was amazing and staff so helpful. Would use again.
