Fit Missions, founded in 2016 by Tom Oldfield, has quickly built a reputation for being a welcoming, fun and effective gym. Our in-house Fuel Station offers a choice of nutritious smoothies, protein shakes and food to fuel your training. I joined Fit Missions because I wanted to try something new, the regular gym wasn't really doing anything for me & it always felt like a chore!

During the consultation process, we are going to spend time together to completely analyse your body and your life so that we can give you the perfect custom roadmap to finally reach your goals! Whatever the outcome, this consultation will give you so much clarity as to where you are now and what you need to put in place to help get to where you ideally want to be in both mind and body.
If your first goal is to get fitter, stronger or leaner, our Community Fitness classes are what you need. They are constantly varied so you'll never get bored; high intensity so you'll know you've worked hard; and contain the functional movements (squatting, deadlifting, pushing and pulling) that are essential for day-to-day life.
Personal Training at Fit Missions is a great way to focus on your individual goals. Whether you're a beginner looking to learn the ropes, an experienced gym-goer or someone who prefers one-to-one attention, we can tailor-make a programme to suit you with as few or as many sessions each week as you'd like.
If you can't make the CrossFit classes or want to start with training that focuses entirely on bodyweight and low resistance movements, FM:30 is for you. We run 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes every day: before work at 7 am, after the school run at 07:30 and 09:00 - perfect if you want to get fit in a hurry!
Every Saturday at 10 am, our coaches will be taking you guys through a session aimed at making you more mobile in a range of positions specific to what we are working on in the gym. Each week will focus on a specific area relating to the CrossFit and FM:45 programs, meaning that adding this mobility class to your current routine fits perfectly alongside what we currently offer at the gym.
